Description
In this truffle pralines workshop, the secrets of confectioners are revealed! You choose the finest Cailler chocolate. To make your ganache, melt the chocolate into the still warm cream. You can refine the filling with liqueur or a hint of spices. Next, the truffles are shaped, coated with chocolate, dipped in cocoa powder or powdered sugar, and your homemade truffles are ready. You can take the finished truffles home with you.
Swiss Activities Tip
A stay in Broc can easily be combined with a visit to the Electrobroc electricity plant with friends or family. You can visit it while it’s operating. The information centre is located right in the middle of an active hydroelectric power station.
