"Chocolate experience for families" Maison Cailler workshop

You pour fine Maison chocolate into a mold. Later, you decorate the 3D fish and create your own work of art.

While the chocolate is crystallizing, the chocolatier will give you an introduction to the art of tempering. In addition to the finished 3D chocolate fish, you will also take the mold home with you.

From Broc, you can take an easy one-hour hike into the Jaunbach Gorge. Wooden bridges, tunnels and galleries make the trail interesting for children too. It ends at the latest at the Montsalvens dam.
