"My Ambassador Chocolates" Workshop at Maison Cailler

In the workshop "My Ambassador Pralines", you'll create your own selection of delicious pralines under expert guidance. The chocolatiers from Cailler will share their secrets about the right tempering of dark, milk, and white chocolate—a technique essential for achieving that perfect shiny exterior and delicate melt-in-the-mouth inside. In a small group of a maximum of 14 people, you'll experience this creative process up close. In the end, you won't just take home your homemade pralines, but also a diploma, recipes, and an original Cailler apron.

You can easily combine a visit to the Electrobroc power plant with a stay in Broc with friends or family. You can tour it while it's in operation. The information center is right in the middle of a working hydroelectric plant.
