Family Lama and Alpaca Walk including Snack

The llama and alpaca walk is a special experience for the whole family. It is offered for at least two adults and three children, and additional people can easily be added.

During the walk, at least two animals are always led. The friendly and curious llamas and alpacas create a relaxed atmosphere and help to leave the stress of everyday life behind.

The provider suggests suitable walking routes and recommends a duration of 1 to 4 hours, especially for beginners. The animals are very easy-going, so you don’t need any special knowledge to be out and about with them.

• A walk with alpacas is generally a relaxed affair – so bring some time and don't plan an overly ambitious route.
• Alpacas are generally not cuddly or rideable animals, but they can be petted. Don't force yourself onto the animals and rather keep a bit of distance.
• Alpacas generally don't like dogs: So it's better to leave your four-legged friend at home or keep him on a leash.
• Alpacas are herd animals. Therefore, they cannot be rented individually. At least two animals should be on a walk together.
• The alpaca walk usually takes place without the provider's accompaniment. But someone is happy to be with you for the first few meters.
• Before you start walking, you will receive a short instruction.
