You train with other runners in a group, completing interval sets of varying lengths. These take place on flat courses and hilly climbs. The sessions include short and long intervals, which you do partly solo and partly as a team.
In selected sessions, you participate in a playful competition that boosts motivation and team spirit. After each training session, you meet the other participants for a shared drink and casual conversation.
This intensive interval training prepares you specifically for running events like the 20 km de Lausanne, the Grand Prix de Bern, the Tour du Chablais, or a marathon.
