The Golden Tour starts in Lucerne, Alpnachstad or Kriens. It includes the following stages, which you can travel in any direction:

Distance:
- boat: Lucerne - Alpnachstad or Alpnachstad -Lucerne
- rack railroad: Alpnachstad - Pilatus Kulm or Pilatus Kulm - Alpnachstad
- Aerial cableway: Pilatus Kulm - Kriens or Kriens - Pilatus Kulm
- Bus line 1: Kriens - Lucerne or Lucerne - Kriens
This round trip offers overwhelming views as a day trip from Lake Lucerne as well as from Pilatus. At Pilatus Kulm you have the opportunity to visit different vantage points and thus experience a view of almost 360 degrees.

The Dragon Trail is an adventure circuit from Pilatus Kulm through the mountain with information about the world of legends. The paths are carved into the mountain. They offer views through holes in the rock again and again.

For children you will find various outdoor facilities at the top station of the cable car.

Practical information:
- From the bottom station Kriens to the bus stop of line 1 you walk about 5 min.
- For wheelchairs, advance booking is required (at least 1 day in advance)
- Strollers can only be transported folded up
