You will visit two exciting Swiss sights in one day. The meeting point is the Outdoor Shop in Matten. With an air-conditioned coach you will travel to the north of Switzerland. Passing a wine-growing area and pretty farming villages you will reach the first destination.
High above the Rhine Falls, Schloss Laufen has been enthroned for over 1,000 years. In the courtyard of the castle there is a glass elevator that takes you down to the Belvedere panoramic path. From here it is only a short walk to the viewing platform "Känzeli". You can experience the largest waterfall in Europe up close on an optional boat tour (only in summer).
From here, the journey continues a bit through Germany to Zurich. After a short break, the classic city tour starts through the business and cultural center of Switzerland. In an air-conditioned coach, the tour departs from the Sihlquai bus terminal, passing the castle-like Landesmuseum and heading towards Bahnhofstrasse. From the famous shopping mile it is not far to the famous Zurich financial district
After a photo stop at the picturesque Lake Zurich, the Dolder cogwheel train takes you up to the Zürichberg district. Not only the numerous villas from past times can be admired here, but also the unique view of the city, Lake Zurich and the snow-covered mountains.
The tour bus makes a loop through the university district, where also the world-famous Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) is located. At the Kunsthaus you continue on foot through the charming old town. The guide will lead you through the cobblestone streets, past patriarchal guild houses to the largest clock face in Europe on the church tower of St. Peter. You should also not miss the imposing Grossmünster and the famous colored windows of Marc Chagall in the Fraumünster
