Aare rafting for 2-4 people: rent a dinghy

You rent a inflatable boat for a small group on the Aare river. The boat trip is one of the most popular summer activities in Switzerland. The route from Thun to Bern is among the most well-known.

The classic route runs from Uttigen to Bern and takes about 2:30 hours. You let yourselves be carried along by the river and enjoy the view of meadows and mountains.

• Sunscreen: Don't forget even on cloudy days
• Drinking water: You dehydrate faster on the water
• Sun protection: Hat, sunglasses (secure with a strap!), light T-shirt
