I booked first class tickets from Interlaken to montreux on the Golden pass Express online but I received a ticket stating my journey would start in Montreux. That was not what I wanted, my journey was in second class.

I was able to review your booking, and indeed two seat reservations (window seats) for 2nd class were booked from Montreux to Interlaken (Golden Pass Express for the trip on December 10, 2025). It is possible that you clicked the wrong option when booking, but these bookings were made by you. If something similar happens in the future, you can always contact us.
