Description
The passenger ship "Vitzanove" sank during a storm in 1999. It's lying at a depth of 94 meters, only about 180 meters from Vitznau. It had capacity for 60 passengers. When it sank, only two crew members were on board, and they managed to save themselves.
You can clearly see the interior of the ship since the door to the cockpit is open. Overall, the ship is still very well preserved.
Practical Information: Diving trips are conducted in slots for 3-4 people.
- In Vitznau, there are several public parking spaces, including the parking lot by the lakeshore and additional ones near the boat landing. However, they are limited, especially during nice weather.

- Dive trips take place with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 participants
- Bring warm clothing even in summer
- Weight including clothing must be provided so the buoyancy calculation can be made
