Description
In 1970, there was an unexpected incident on a transport barge. Two Volvo trucks started to sway when a concrete mixer was turned on, causing both trucks to tip into the water and sink.
Today, you can discover the wrecks at two different depths: one is at 98 m, and the other is around 130 m. However, the highlight of this dive trip is the concrete mixer Rütenen.
Practical Information:
- The dive trips are conducted for 3-4 people per time slot.
- You can take the train to Stans Bahnhof, then continue by postbus to Beckenried Post.
- At the valley station of the Beckenried-Klewenalp cable car, there are about 270 parking spaces available, which are paid and open 24 hours.

- Dive trips take place with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 participants
- Bring warm clothing even in summer
- Weight including clothing must be provided for buoyancy calculations
