Apparently you need to buy a separate seat ticket along with the regular ticket so when I got to the bus station there was only 1 seat available and 3 of us. So then i needed to buy a train ticket to get me there ontop of the bus ticket. I contacted Swiss activities which basically told me to bad. So yah, I bought what I thought was bus tickets only to find out they were in fact good for nothing without reserving an actual seat on the bus and couldnt get my money back even though I had the train office write a note explaining the situation. A total waste of money.
