Baar

Baar is the second largest municipality in the canton of Zug, with around 25,000 residents. It’s centrally located between Zurich and Lucerne and has excellent transportation connections. The municipality is known for its diverse landscapes, featuring numerous forests and recreational areas between Albis and Zugerberg. Baar boasts a vibrant cultural scene, lots of clubs, and traditional events like the Räbefasnacht. Historically, Baar has been inhabited for over 4,700 years.

The Fitpass gives you unlimited access to more than 400 sports facilities in Switzerland. So you can practise numerous sports or try out new ones. The Fitpass is like a GA travelcard for sport, fitness and wellness. You can buy the pass for a week, a month or a whole year. You remain flexible with a six-month subscription. You can interrupt it if you fall ill or have to go abroad. Incidentally, many health insurance companies in Switzerland contribute to the cost of the Fitpass.
