Great facilities- friendly staff . We got the cog wheel train from Vitznau to the Kaltbad and then hiked up to the Rigi Klum. We had lunch there and then hiked back to the KaltbadSpa. It was so relaxing after the hi out .

Include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bathrobe and towel. Also the sauna should be bathing suit optional. It would be nice to have some doors on the showers. Our prosecco included with the massage was never offered and we had to ask for it on the way out. The massage person never asked me about my preferred pressure or checked in with me.
