Important information
- The cable car operates every 20 minutes: 09:00–17:00 from November to May, 08:20–17:20 in June and October, and 08:00–17:40 from July to September
- Closed for annual break and maintenance: 2 November to 4 December 2026 and 12 to 30 April 2027
- Halbtax and GA are not valid
- For discounted tickets, you need ID showing your date of birth
- Parking at the valley station costs CHF 5.00 per day. The bus from Engelberg railway station to the valley station is free
- Bicycles are transported only until 09:00 and from 16:00, subject to availability, for CHF 5.00 on site
