Many possibilities

1. The ticket was 5 francs more expensive because of the "service fee." 2. With the mobile ticket (QR code), I couldn't enter the museum directly. I had to exchange my online reservation for paper tickets. 3. The only positive thing was that I didn't have to queue at the ticket counter with my whole family of five.
