Rochers de Naye is located in the Vaud Pre-Alps and is considered Montreux's local mountain. You can reach the mountain from Montreux by cog railroad in 48 minutes. At the mountain station you will find a hotel and two restaurants as well as a marmot enclosure. The view from Rochers de Naye, at 2042 m above sea level, is of Lake Geneva and the Alpine mountain ranges. On the eastern side of the mountain, a mountain path leads you to the Alpinum La Rambertia and on to the Grottes de Naye. A K5 via ferrata for very experienced climbers is located on the northern flank of the mountain.
