Description
The gourmet hike starts in Sion and takes you independently through the terraced vineyard of Clavau. Along the way, you have a view of the Rhône valley and the surrounding Valais mountains. You follow the historic irrigation channel Bisse de Clavau and get to know different parts of the wine region.
You stop at Cube Varone for a wine tasting with a small amuse-bouche. Later, right in the vineyards, you enjoy a 3-course menu at Guérite Brûlefer, setting your own pace and breaks as you go.
