The voucher is valid for every activity that can be booked online on swissactivities.com – over 2,900 experiences across Switzerland.
How does the recipient receive the voucher?
You receive the voucher instantly as a PDF by email (Print@Home). On request we also send the voucher in elegant packaging by post.
Can I personalise the voucher?
Yes. You can add the recipient's name, your name and a personal message (up to 160 characters) on the voucher.
What amounts are available?
Amounts range from CHF 20 to CHF 3,000. Standard values are CHF 50, 100, 200 or 500 – or pick any amount within that range.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You pay with TWINT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna — including pay-by-invoice via Klarna. All payments are processed in CHF.
How do I redeem a Swiss Activities voucher?
When booking an activity on swissactivities.com you can enter the voucher code at checkout. The amount is deducted directly from the total.
Is the voucher suitable as a last-minute gift?
Yes, perfectly. You receive the voucher by email within minutes and can print it or forward it digitally right away.
Can the voucher be exchanged for cash?
A cash payout is not possible. However, the voucher balance can be split flexibly across multiple bookings until the credit is used up.
