Private cliff hike Bürgenstock from Lucerne

This private guided hike takes you along the Bürgenstock cliff trail above Lake Lucerne. You’ll follow an easy, wide, and shaded mountain path along the rocks, where you’ll enjoy views of the lake, green hills, and the Alps.

Along the way, you'll learn about the region’s history, local legends, and notable periods around Lucerne. The trail also leads you to the Schnitzturm, a tower from the 14th century. Additionally, you’ll discover a spot associated with Audrey Hepburn.

During the tour, you’ll take a break for a light lunch. If the weather’s nice, there’s a small picnic with grilled food out in nature. If not, you’ll stop at a local restaurant serving Swiss cuisine.

After the hike, the route takes you on a historic funicular down to Kehrsiten. From there, you’ll return by boat to Lucerne. This tour combines hiking, the lake, history, and a scenic return across Lake Lucerne.
