Can I cancel my ticket?
Route tickets can be cancelled free of charge until the day before the trip – you can do this directly in your booking cockpit on swissactivities.com.
Unfortunately, cancellations for Saver day passes and saver tickets are not possible. These are tied to the chosen date – a clear notice before purchase appears on the booking page.
Are the SBB tickets the same as those at the SBB counter?

Is the Swiss Travel Pass or a Saver day pass worthwhile?
The general rule: If you are traveling a lot by train, bus, and boat for at least three consecutive days and enjoy visiting museums, you will save money with the Swiss Travel Pass. This includes over 500 museums, public transport in 90 cities and mountain railways with −50 % discount.
For individual day trips, the SBB Saver day pass from CHF 29 is almost always the cheapest option – just book early enough.
Which regional pass suits my trip?
For the Interlaken / Grindelwald / Wengen region, the Berner Oberland Pass or, in winter, the Jungfrau Travel Pass is worthwhile – both include cable cars, public transport, and ships for the region.
Around Lake Lucerne, the Tell Pass is ideal: Pilatus, Rigi, Stanserhorn, and all boats are included.
