Yverdon-les-Bains

Yverdon-les-Bains is a traditional spa town located on the southern shore of Lake Neuchâtel in the canton of Vaud. The town is surrounded by gentle Jura hills, vineyards, and protected natural areas along the lakeside. It boasts a rich history from the Helvetii through the Romans to the Middle Ages, highlighted by a well-preserved old town, a mighty castle, and charming streets. Yverdon-les-Bains is also famous for its sulfur-rich thermal baths and the beach and water sports opportunities at the lake.
