Before you dive into the cold waters of Lake Lucerne with your guide, you will be carefully prepared. After an initial conversation and getting to know each other (indoors) in the village of Brunnen, your guide will train you with targeted techniques for the cold.

You will immerse yourself in the icy water of Lake Lucerne together with your guide. In the process, you will experience a soothing effect on your body while enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings.
