Description
This event offers an unforgettable experience for the entire team. You’ll start with a theoretical introduction and learn which techniques you should specifically apply during ice bathing.
The ice bath takes place in tubs, barrels, or other containers artificially filled with ice and ice water. It encourages you to carefully and respectfully push your boundaries while finding new strength. The shared cold experience, correct breathing techniques, and mutual mindfulness bring you closer as a team.
An assistant is provided to support the coach at all times (for example, questions during preparation, follow-up, assistance on-site as per the coach's requests).
