Quarten

Quarten lies mainly south of Lake Walen. However, part of the municipality also extends north of the lake to the Leistchamm. Quarten belongs to the foothills of the Alps and extends between 419 m.a.s.l. and 2523 m.a.s.l. Thanks to its unique location between the lake and the mountains, Quarten is a popular vacation destination and offers a variety of leisure activities. Whether a visit to the car-free Quinten, a mountain bike tour in the mountains, a hike with panoramic views or any water sports activities, the community really has everything to offer. Among other things, Quarten is also part of the well-known vacation region Heidiland and the ski region Flumserberg. Quinten is a village of the municipality of Quarten on the northern shore of the lake, which can only be reached by boat or on foot

The Fitpass gives you unlimited access to more than 400 sports facilities in Switzerland. So you can practise numerous sports or try out new ones. The Fitpass is like a GA travelcard for sport, fitness and wellness. You can buy the pass for a week, a month or a whole year. You remain flexible with a six-month subscription. You can interrupt it if you fall ill or have to go abroad. Incidentally, many health insurance companies in Switzerland contribute to the cost of the Fitpass.
