Description
This private Pilatus hike takes you from Lucerne to one of Switzerland’s most famous mountains. You’ll trek through alpine meadows up to the base of Pilatus and then explore the mountain using various modes of transport.
On Pilatus, you can enjoy panoramic views of lakes, peaks, and Central Switzerland. A short summit hike and the flower trail are also part of the experience.
Besides hiking, you’ll use the post bus, gondola, and aerial cableway. During the summer season, the cogwheel railway and steamship are added. The route and length of the hike can be adjusted to your fitness level and weather conditions.

- Take enough water for the hike
- Don't forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat
- It can get cooler at the summits, so a warm and windproof jacket is recommended
