Erlenbach in the Simmental
Erlenbach im Simmental is located on the river Simme in the Bernese Oberland. From here you can travel up to the Stockhorn in 20 minutes by cable car. The idyllic valley is characterized by largely untouched nature. You will find numerous leisure activities and alpine traditions. On the Simmentaler Hausweg you pass some of the most beautiful places of the region from Erlenbach to Lenk. In winter you will find signposted snowshoe trails. In the village, the Agensteinhaus shows original carpentry. The Ründi houses have arched gables and were built in the 18th century.
