Important information
- Redeem your ticket at the ticket office at the valley station, including for packages without the cable car. For packages including the cable car, you will also receive your return cable-car ticket there
- Your table is available for two hours from the selected service time
- Children under 6 travel free
- The temperature inside the igloo is between –3 and +3 °C. We recommend wearing ski clothing and warm, well-insulated shoes; jeans and regular street shoes are not suitable
- Alcohol-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan fondue are available by advance reservation
- Dogs are welcome. Please bring a warm mat for your dog
- Smoking is not permitted in the igloos
- The cable car operates until 5 pm. For igloo guests, an additional uphill journey at 7.30 pm and downhill journeys at 7.30, 9.45 and 10 pm are available without a reservation. On Sundays, the last downhill journey is at 7.30 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays from 18 December 2026 to 27 March 2027, the cable car also runs every 15 minutes from 5 to 10 pm
- The Unter dem Birg valley station is not accessible by public transport in the evening (last bus at 5.40 pm). If you are travelling by public transport in the evening, we recommend reserving a taxi at least 2 days in advance
