Weinfelden

Weinfelden lies on the banks of the River Thur in the canton of Thurgau. The town in eastern Switzerland is known for its picturesque old town with well-preserved half-timbered houses and historic buildings. A special attraction is Weinfelden Castle, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Wine growing plays an important role in the region. Visitors can visit numerous local wineries and take part in wine tastings. Another highlight is the Thurauen nature reserve, which is perfect for walks, birdwatching and nature photography.

The Fitpass gives you unlimited access to more than 400 sports facilities in Switzerland. So you can practise numerous sports or try out new ones. The Fitpass is like a GA travelcard for sport, fitness and wellness. You can buy the pass for a week, a month or a whole year. You remain flexible with a six-month subscription.
