Lindau is a municipality in the canton of Zurich, located between the cities of Zurich and Winterthur. Lindau includes the villages of Winterberg, Kemptthal, Tagelswangen and Grafstal. In Kemptthal is the area of the former Maggi factory. Today, the "Valley", as it is called today, is a working and leisure location for start-ups and successful companies. In Winterberg there is a former Armen schoolhouse, which is well worth seeing.

Most of the cable staff were confused with this app/ticket, only one out of six knew to scan the QR code with a different app, the rest let us through the barrier with a couple of them saying we should have had a paper or different sort of ticket. No extra cost etc. but be warned. Waitress in the restaurant didn't recognise the ticket either so had to check with a manager but all good in the end. Meat and cheese board for 2 people as expected - four different ones of each, a couple of pieces of cheese, four slices of each meat.”
