Flüelen

Flüelen is a charming community located at the southern tip of Lake Uri, known as the gateway to the Gotthard. Situated right on Lake Lucerne, the town combines alpine mountain scenery with historical transport significance. Its modern lakeside promenade, the harbour, and proximity to the Axenstrasse as well as the famous Gotthard route shape the character of the place. Thanks to the boat station, train connection, and diverse hiking and cycling opportunities, Flüelen is an ideal starting point for trips in Central Switzerland.
