Description
This private train journey takes you from Zurich along selected sections of the famous Glacier Express route. Along the way, you visit Chur, Disentis, and Andermatt. The route passes through alpine landscapes, glaciers, and the Rhine Gorge.
In Disentis, you have time for sightseeing and an optional lunch. Afterwards, the train heads over the Oberalp Pass to Andermatt. On the return trip to Zurich, you’ll pass through the Schöllenen Gorge among other sights.
You won't be traveling on the official Glacier Express. Instead, you use regular Swiss trains with large windows and receive private accompaniment throughout the entire journey.
