Illuminarium “Yukis Pixel Zoo Jungle” ticket

Join Yuki and her friends on a journey into the deepest jungle, from the rainforests of the Congo and the Amazon to Indonesia. Along the way, you’ll encounter gorillas, jaguars, sloths and colourful macaws.

The projections transform the courtyard of the Swiss National Museum in Zurich into a warm, festive sea of light, where Christmas magic meets jungle adventure. The outdoor light and music show is projected onto the building façades.

Created in collaboration with Zurich Zoo, the show introduces you to biodiversity in a fun, engaging way. An experience for the whole family, created by the artist collective PROJEKTIL.

• The light show at Illuminarium takes place under the open sky in the courtyard of the Swiss National Museum in Zurich.
• It is a large-scale, immersive light projection displayed on the buildings and façades around the courtyard.
• You can stand or sit outdoors in front of this setting and enjoy the projections, accompanied by music, sound and narration.

• The courtyard where the light show takes place is fully accessible, with a firm, level surface

• The courtyard is easy to get around in with rehabilitation buggies and pushchairs
• Access for families with pushchairs or loan buggies is arranged on a case-by-case basis on site

In the courtyard’s freely accessible areas, there are several ways to spend time before or after the light show.​ You can grab a bite at the Food Corner, where various stalls around fire bowls serve hot meals, sweet snacks and hot drinks. For a cosy family meal, head to the heated Fondue Chalet in the courtyard, which serves cheese fondue, wine and desserts.

Tip: With an evening ticket, you can see all three light shows that evening for CHF 23.90 (adults) – it works out cheaper than individual tickets from the second show onwards.
