Description

A drive over the Brünig Pass takes you to the Bernese Oberland, to Interlaken in the Jungfrau region. After a short stop, the journey continues to Grindelwald, a popular destination for active holidays. There you'll have free time to explore the mountain village at your own pace.

Start by strolling through Grindelwald and enjoy the impressive Alpine scenery. If you want to experience the mountain backdrop up close, visiting Grindelwald-First is well worth it.

A lot of thrills await you on the "Tissot First Cliff Walk". This walkway extends 45 metres into the void. To get there, take the cable car to Grindelwald-First, also known as the "Top of Adventure".

You then continue by bus to Lauterbrunnen, a village tucked between high cliffs and waterfalls. The Lauterbrunnen Valley, with its 72 waterfalls, inspired writers such as Goethe and J.R.R. Tolkien.

The village features charming streets and the impressive Staubbach Falls, the third-highest waterfalls in Switzerland. In the afternoon, the return journey to Lucerne begins, accompanied by fresh mountain air and many memories.
