1. Ticket war mit „Servicegebühr“ 5 Franken teurer. 2. Mit dem Handy Ticket (QRCode) konnte man nicht direkt ins Museum. Ich musste meine online Vorbestellung in Papiertickets umtauschen. 3. Das einzig Positive war, dass ich nicht an der Kassen-Warteschlange anstehen musste (mit der ganzen 5-köpfigen Familie).
