Description
From Zermatt, you take about 40 minutes up to 3821 meters above sea level to Europe's highest mountain railway station. Your ticket is valid for both the ascent and descent. At the stations along the way, you can freely board and leave on the day of booking.
The price includes entry to the glacier palace and the 3S Info-Cube at the Dry Steg. Here, you can learn more about the 3S cable car project. The glacier palace features beautiful handcrafted ice sculptures. In the cinema lounge, you can watch films about snow and ice worlds as well as mountain climbing.

- Zermatt (Valley station)
- Furi - first intermediate station, at approximately 1867 meters above sea level
- Trockener Steg - important intermediate station at approximately 2939 meters above sea level. From here, you can see the Theodul Glacier.
- Matterhorn Glacier Paradise (Klein Matterhorn) – final station at approximately 3821 meters above sea level.

If you're arriving by bus, get off at the "Zermatt, Matterhorn valley station" bus stop. You can look up the timetable on the SBB website or app.

Important information
- Make sure to check the timetable on your travel day to ensure you catch the last descent. We recommend starting your ascent by 14:00 at the latest.
- The ticket must be exchanged at the ticket office.
- If the onsite display shows the cable car is closed, contact the staff to ask if an alternative connection is available.
- If there is an alternative connection or the cable car operates at any time on your booked day, refunds are not possible.
- Refund requests submitted later will only be considered if you provide written confirmation that the cable car was closed all day and travel was not possible.
- This ticket is not a ski pass.
- If an attraction on the glacier is closed by the operator, this does not entitle you to a refund if the cable car was operational.
