Description
You learn how to glide over the water with a wing and board, using the wind. This activity teaches you the technique of wingfoiling, where you control the board with wind power.
In addition, you experience towfoiling, where you are pulled by a boat and lift the foil board above the water. Both techniques enhance your balance and coordination on the board.
You practice handling the wing precisely and controlling the lift during towfoiling.
