Kayak or Canoe Rental at Lake Lucerne from Brunnen

The canoe rental starts at around 9:00 AM and ends between 3:00 PM and (at the latest) 5:00 PM, depending on the route. During the morning briefing, you'll find out when to return. The canoes must be back at the canoe station by 5:00 PM at the latest. Why only in the morning? That's when conditions are optimal (little wind, low boat traffic, and especially the small rest areas aren't occupied yet).

Before the tour, you'll get a quick introduction to paddling techniques, route planning, safety tips, and useful advice.

• Rain jacket/pants (at least windproof to prevent chilling)
• Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, sun hat)
