Description
You will learn how to safely glide over water using a wing and board. The course teaches basic control and balancing skills on the board. You practice managing the wing directly on the water.
Gradually, you develop an intuition for wind and speed. The course content is tailored to your skill level and builds systematically.
As a beginner, you'll receive a theoretical introduction including equipment knowledge. You'll learn how to handle the wing and make your first surf experiences with wing.

Important information
- Meeting point: Swiss Foiling School base at Bucheli campsite, Dammweg 7, 6452 Sisikon – a few minutes' walk from Sisikon railway station
- Requirements: good health and the ability to swim continuously for at least 15 minutes
- Board, foil and wing are included, and helmets are provided free of charge; you can hire a wetsuit, neoprene shoes, swim/impact vest and gloves on site
- Small groups of no more than 4 people; English available on request
- If the course is shortened due to wind or weather, you'll receive CHF 80 for each cancelled course hour; a replacement date will be arranged if the course is cancelled completely
- The course runs with at least 2 participants; if too few people are registered, the school will let you know in good time
