Idyllische Ostschweizer Dörfer mit Fachwerkhäusern, lauschige Seen und Weiher begleiten diese Etappe. Vorbei am Nussbaumer See Hüttwilersee im Kanton Thurgau und dem Husemersee im Zürcher Weinland gelangt man über den Cholfirstwald nach Feuerthalen ZH und in die Stadt Schaffhausen.
