Grengiols

Grengiols is an idyllic mountain village in the Swiss canton of Valais, nestled between the Rhône Valley and Binntal. You’ll find it at around 995 m above sea level, surrounded by striking mountains and flower-filled meadows. Grengiols is best known for its rare wild tulips, which colour the fields in spring. The village offers peace and quiet, as well as plenty of opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature amid an impressive Alpine landscape. From here, you can easily reach Bettmeralp in the Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site.
