Frauenfeld

Frauenfeld is a town in Thurgau. The first houses were built in the 13th century on a plateau known as "Our Lady's Field". The field was considered a field consecrated to the Mother of God. The old town lies above the railroad station and consists largely of 18th century houses. Frauenfeld Castle, which today houses the historical museum, towers above the town. The river Murg and its 27 bridges also characterize the town. Frauenfeld is also known for its open-air festivals, which have been held here under different names since 1987. It is now the largest hip-hop festival in Europe. (Photo: Switzerland Tourism)

The Fitpass gives you unlimited access to more than 400 sports facilities in Switzerland. So you can practise numerous sports or try out new ones. The Fitpass is like a GA travelcard for sport, fitness and wellness. You can buy the pass for a week, a month or a whole year. You remain flexible with a six-month subscription. You can interrupt it if you fall ill or have to go abroad. Incidentally, many health insurance companies in Switzerland contribute to the cost of the Fitpass.
