Description
You travel on the world's steepest aerial cableway from Stechelberg to Mürren. The journey spectacularly follows the steep cliff face of the Mürrenfluh. The incline is 159%, which corresponds to a slope of about 58 degrees.
From Mürren, you have the chance to admire the beautiful Lauterbrunnen Valley on a tandem paragliding flight. During this, you enjoy an unobstructed view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
You can also reach the 2.2 km long via ferrata on the Mürrenfluh directly from Mürren. It runs down along a steep rock face and ends with an 80 m long suspension bridge.
The pendulum cableway connects the Lauterbrunnen Valley with the car-free mountain village of Mürren, overcoming around 775 meters in altitude over a distance of nearly 1.2 km. The ride takes place in a modern cabin that seats 85 people and impresses with constantly changing views.
