Julier Postbus pass ride from Chur or St. Moritz

The Postauto of line 182 operates the Julier Pass route. Starting from Chur, the journey initially follows the Lenzerheide area with Heidsee. At Lenz, you'll have a magnificent view into the Albula Valley.

Afterwards, the route runs along the regional Ela Nature Park, and at Bivio, it climbs up to the Julier Pass. Finally, you'll reach St. Moritz via Silvaplana. You can alight at any stop along the way to enjoy the scenery or hiking routes personally. Check the timetable in that case, so you know when to be ready at the next Postauto stop.

Lai da Marmorera is worth a visit. In summer and autumn, divers often come here. The crystal-clear water offers ideal diving conditions. Remnants of the flooded village can still be admired. A popular diving spot is near the Julier Bridge at the southern end of the lake, while another is located below the bus stop "Marmorera Dorf".

If you want to take your bike on the bus, please observe the following rules:

• Check on the online timetable or in the app if an R with bike symbol is shown
• If so, please purchase a reservation ticket for your bike in addition to your regular ticket

• Postal buses are generally equipped for the transportation of wheelchairs. The access door for wheelchairs bears a corresponding symbol.\n+ The postal bus between Chur and St. Moritz is fitted with an integrated lifting platform operated by the driver (no prior registration needed). This is indicated as HL in the SBB timetable.

• Bringing small dogs up to 30 cm is free of charge if they stay in a carrier throughout the journey. This must be placed under your seat.
• Dogs without carriers and all dogs taller than 30 cm shoulder height require a valid dog ticket: half-price of second class or the minimum fare (dog day pass, dog pass). They must sit under the seat so as not to block the passage for other travellers.
