2-day Churfirsten tour for women

You will meet with your female guide and other participants very early at 5:30 in the morning. On the first day you will climb four of the seven Churfirsten.

Afterwards you will go back together to the mountain hotel Sellamatt, where you will also get a meal (Zvieri in the afternoon and 4-course menu in the evening) and spend the night.

After a very early breakfast the next day you will start the hike to the last three of the Churfirsten. On the way, a refreshing drink and local meat and cheese specialties are served in a mountain inn. With the return to the hotel via shuttle bus the guided mountain tour is over.

Climbing the seven Churfirsten:

• Chäserrugg, Hinterrugg, Schibenstoll and Zuestoll (first day)
• Brisi, Frümsel, Selun (second day)

• Descents 1st day: 2000 m | 2nd day: 1540 m

Practical information:

• This tour requires very good endurance, especially on the descents
• You should be surefooted in rough terrain
• Group of maximum five participants
• Arrival the day before recommended

You can download the individual legends to your cell phone or tablet for a small fee. The easy to walk Sagenweg can be done in 3 to 5 hours (short and long version). On a length of 12 km you will overcome only 250 meters of altitude.
