Description

This snowshoe hike starts at 09:30 in Wildhaus. There you will meet your hike leader and the rest of the participants. As soon as everyone is present, you can start.

Together you will drive to the starting point of the hike. Afterwards you will trudge through the fresh powder snow for the next few hours. Enjoy the peace and quiet away from the winter sports areas. All around you, the unique panorama of the snow-covered Toggenburg shows itself.

After a lunch break with a hot drink and something sweet, you return to Wildhaus. There the hike ends at about 14:30.

  • Route will be adapted to the snow conditions

Swiss Activities Tip

After the snowshoe hike you can warm up and regain your strength at the Hagbeizli in Wildhaus. In the cozy restaurant you can enjoy hot drinks and various dishes. These include typical Swiss meals, such as a delicious rösti or cheese fondue.

Because there was no snow, we hiked a bit higher up at Sellamatt and it was absolutely beautiful! The weather was perfect and Martin, our guide, was super cool. We can recommend it anytime.
