Adventure trail "Lea and Ben with the mother cows" in Freienstein (ZH)

During the guided tour along the adventure trail, you learn a lot about mother cows in a fun and playful way. At the ten stations along the path, you can play games and solve puzzles together with Lea and Ben.

Some of the topics covered:

• Breed diversity
• Sustainable feed
• Broken glass and other waste in the cow pasture
• Why cows wear bells
• Water consumption for producing meat and nuts

The trail starts at the bus stop / parking lot at the residential home in Freienstein and is well marked.

• Arrival of the bus from Rorbas: hourly at :57 past the hour
• Arrival of the bus from Pfungen: hourly at :31 past the hour

At the Puurehof in Rüdi, you can barbecue (wood is provided). There is another barbecue area near the castle ruins.
