You are visiting a public, German-speaking guided tour of the monastery in Einsiedeln. You will also be shown the otherwise inaccessible abbey library, which contains about 20,000 of the 230,000 printed books, manuscripts, and early printed works from the dawn of the book printing art.
A slide show about the history and life of the monastic community will complement this tour from 15:30 onwards.
