Description
This guided train tour connects three culinary experiences in Central Switzerland. You travel by public transport and visit a chocolate factory, a mountain cheese dairy, and the Kambly experience in the Emmental.
At the chocolate factory, you follow the journey of cocoa from the bean to the finished treat. Interactive exhibits, insights into production, and tastings introduce you to the world of Swiss chocolate.
At the mountain cheese dairy, you watch traditional cheese making in action. You'll learn how the holes in Swiss cheese form and discover handmade mozzarella made from cow and buffalo milk. The Kambly experience offers interactive stations, films about production, and tastings.
