The Christmas Garden Insel Mainau is open from 19 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, daily 17:00–21:30, last admission at 20:00; it is closed on 24 and 31 December. A circular trail of around two kilometres leads past light installations with music, and a visit takes about two hours. Adults pay 21.90 to 25.90 euros, children up to 5 years are free. There are no market stalls; food huts stand along the trail.

Christmas Garden Insel Mainau
Mainau Island (circular trail around the island)
A circular trail of around two kilometres leads through the island's park in the evening, past illuminated trees, light figures and installations with music. Along the way there are food huts with mulled wine and snacks. Dogs on a short lead and pushchairs are allowed.

Cheaper during the week
Mon–Thu admission costs 21.90 euros, Fri–Sun 23.90 euros, and from 18 December to 5 January 25.90 euros. Children up to 5 years are free.
Book a time slot in advance
Popular evenings are sold out. The evening box office is open 16:30–19:45 and charges a supplement of 2.10 euros.

- City bus lines 4 and 13 from Konstanz stop near the entrance; car park on the mainland.
